Recommend it for families with kids

The breakfast was a good surprise with a larger area so everyone could sit down comfortably, nice when traveling with others. One night we got free pizza, I mean, who doesn't love that after a long day, right?

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but acceptable for what we got.

The location couldn't be more best possible close to all amenities. I slept so comfy in the extremely comfy bed.

Got to the bus stop within 10 minutes walk, as it has marvellous and easy location.

Travelodge Suites By Wyndham features a convenient location within walking distance to multiple restaurants and stores, including Walmart. The included breakfast offered a great selection, accommodating our early schedule well. The staff was courteous and helpful. The fitness center and business center were also beneficial for my work needs.

Some areas of the hotel appeared worn and could benefit from updates.

By and large, it was fabulous base for sightseeing in Saint John, had much fun and met pleasant and welcoming staff who went beyond the call of duty to offer exceptional customer service. Enjoyed our rooms with a king bed. The restaurant was nice and the food was hot.

Really enjoyed this nicely presented and exceptionally comfortable hotel, easy to find. The breakfasts were hot with hot options and also a full hot meal and all the staff was fairly friendly! My room with double beds was good-sized and well-appointed. The setting was favourable, adjacent to an industrial area, malls and ferry and Reversing Falls, Irving Nature Park and downtown. Also, main attraction such as tidal rapids was 2 miles from this property.

The room was very hot also Wi-Fi was kind of slow, made me a little nervous.

The breakfast had some cold options like English muffin sandwiches to warm up with a bit of variety. It was interesting to have both inside and outside doors for added access.

The room showed significant signs of wear with cracks by the window and ceiling, paint lifting, and cigarette burns on a duvet cover in a non-smoking room. The parking situation was a hassle, with a broken-up lot in the back and a lack of accessible spaces in front. One night staff member didn't handle the company card issue professionally.

Friendly and helpful staff. Large family sized room with fridge and micro. Good price. Easy access to all parts of Saint John by car from the hotel.

The staff was courteous and helpful .

My experience was far from pleasant. The room was enormous but lacked any charm and proper decor. I specifically requested a first-floor room due to my condition but was forced to stay on the second floor. The ice situation was ridiculous, requiring a trip to the front desk for a half-filled bucket. To top it all off, I encountered bugs in the bathroom, unacceptable.

The check-in process went smoothly, and the staff provided helpful tips about local attractions. I appreciated the outside door access to our room. The breakfast surprised me with a variety of options, including hot and cold choices. The beds were comfortable. The carpet in common areas seemed dirty and in need of a deep clean. The indoor air quality could use improvement since the room felt stuffy upon arrival. Parking was convenient, but the lot did have some rough patches. It was a decent stay with room for some updates.

The friendly staff was a highlight, especially when they provided suggestions for local restaurants and activities. I appreciated the handy vending selection for late-night snacks.

The morning staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth checkout! The room was excellent with great breakfast options and a nice selection of snacks available at the front desk.

Comfy beds, but needs some love

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the comfy beds. The staff was super friendly, made our mornings nice. Breakfast was decent, and I loved that there were outdoor access rooms. The place could use some updates though. Our room had some old furniture and a strange smell. Kind of a bummer but still not the worst stay.

All fine, but breakfast was cold.
